We repair rigs of any make, not only our own. And we take on the small jobs nobody else wants: a hose, a cylinder, the one-off part you cannot find.
Machinery repair
Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and electrics. Heads, gearboxes, masts and undercarriages. Properly repaired, not just swapped out as assemblies.
Hydraulic hoses
Made on the spot, to the length and fitting you need. Bring the broken one, leave with the new one.
Hydraulic cylinders
Stripped down, bore reground, seals and rod. If the rod cannot be saved, we make it.
One-off parts
Threaded adapters, bushes, shafts and jaws. The part the manufacturer no longer supplies, machined here.
Machining and welding
Our own lathe, mill and welding. It is what lets us fix in a day what takes weeks elsewhere.
Electrics and control
Starter, alternator, panels and real-time control systems, including fitting them to rigs that never had them.
Maintenance you pay for once. A breakdown, three times.
That is why we would rather see you before the rig stops. A service on time costs what it costs; a stopped job costs what the job costs.

We tell you what needs doing, what it costs and how long it takes before we touch anything.

If the part does not exist, we make it. We do not depend on the manufacturer having one.
On-site support
We have technicians covering all of Spain. When moving the rig costs more than fixing it where it stands, we come to you.
Maintenance and advice
We would rather see you before it breaks. We plan services, train the crews who run the rig, and advise before you buy, so the kit is the one the job needs rather than the one that sells best.
